We have a matching gift of $10,000 for all new or increased donations made in September, 2011!  This includes banquet sponsorships!!

There are several ways you can make a difference!

1.  Pray! These are always our top prayer requests:

  • That God will help each woman who comes our way to feel loved and accepted.
  • That our Director, our board, and our staff and volunteers will have wisdom and strength to serve our guests well.

2.  Volunteer!

3.  Give!

We are a non-profit organization and all gifts are tax-deductible.  Your monthly, periodic, or one-time gift can be the key to a changed life for a woman in need!  You can give by:

  • Writing a check and mailing it our address:  210 Second Street SE,  Hickory, NC  28602.
  • Giving online to Safe Harbor from our Donate Now button.
  • Reviewing our wish list Wish List to see if you can contribute or collect some of these items.  Contact the office for this list via email, fax, or mail.
  • Calling our office and talking with us about estate planning, or other creative ways you can leave a legacy.

What is 20/20 Vision?

It’s a way that almost anyone can give in a significant way to help women in need.  You sign on as a 20/20 partner, commiting $20 a month.  Your $20 gift plus many others giving $20 can really make a huge impact.  You can also talk with your friends, your small group, your Sunday School class, etc. to see if they will join you in this cause.

For the cost of one cup of coffee per day, one soft drink or one snack… you can make a lasting impact on the lives of women who are homeless, defeated and without hope.

Why 20/20 Vision?

TWENTY DOLLARS from one person doesn’t seem significant until it is united with TWENTY DOLLARS from MANY people!
